PROSPECTUS
When we think back to the 20th century, we remember it as a time of wars. During these one hundred years there were two World Wars along with innumerable national and regional conflicts.
On the other hand, we can also say that the 20th century was a period of artistic revolutions. The proof of this can be seen in the developing influence of the achievements of Cézanne and Schönberg.
Of course, art alone could not produce this change without its close relationship to the deepening of the sciences and active social movements passed on from the 19th century.
